Update August 10 - Rent Service
Our Rent Service is now available again.
Update 15. June - Shop opening:
Our D?sseldorf store is open for you from 10 am to 6 pm.
Update April 28 - Shop opening:
Our D?sseldorf store is open for you from 11 am to 6 pm. There are special rules and hygiene regulations to protect our customers and employees. We ask for your understanding that there may be restrictions.
Update May 22 - Workshops
The workshops of the Foto Koch Academy will take place again under special hygiene measures.
Dear customers,
In view of the global coronavirus crisis, we are all facing enormous challenges. The health of our customers and our employees is our most valuable asset, which must be protected. We have therefore planned far-reaching measures in recent weeks, which are now being implemented
As far as we are aware, no employee has been infected with the COVID-19 virus
Our warehouse is now working in separate shift systems. This allows us to ensure that our employees are protected in the best possible way and at the same time guarantee fast processing of your order. In other words, online orders will be processed as usual and dispatched as quickly as possible
Our store is open Monday to Saturday from 11am to 6pm. Our store consultants will be happy to advise you by phone (0211 17 88 0 - 0), email (service@fotokoch.de) or chat.
We do everything we can to ensure that we can offer you personal service and qualified advice despite the circumstances. As a family-run, medium-sized company, we would be delighted if you would support us in these difficult times! We thank you for your trust and hope to hear from you.

- We are currently unable to offer a rental service.
How can I order goods?
You can order as usual in our online store, by e-mail to service@fotokoch.de or by phone on 0211 17 88 00. Our warehouse staff are on duty as usual and will quickly dispatch items in stock to you.
What precautions are being taken?
We work with increased care, our shipping staff regularly disinfect their hands as well as all workstations and equipment. There are also two groups that work on different days. Our office colleagues are working from home, so that the risk of infection has been minimized as far as possible.
What happens to my orders?
These are processed as usual. After handover to the parcel service, you can check the status in the shipment tracking. You will receive the link to shipment tracking by e-mail and can find it in the login area at the top right of our homepage. We are currently not aware of any official delivery problems on the part of DHL or DPD. Nevertheless, we ask for your understanding if there are any delays.
Can I pick up my orders in D?sseldorf?
Yes, you can pick up orders after a pick-up confirmation in the store. Cash payment is not possible on site. Ideally, you should use an immediate payment option such as Paypal, Sofort or credit card beforehand.
What happens with returns?
Of course, you still have your right of withdrawal. Returns will be accepted and processed as usual.
