The best camera is the one you have with you. That's probably what Nikon thought when they developed their DX camera series. What they first implemented in their full-frame FX series, they then brought to the masses of photographers who were eagerly looking for an upgrade in compact cameras. The manufacturer now also makes DSLM cameras with a DX format sensor.
With a small and lightweight body, these mirrorless cameras (system cameras) hit the market. They inspire with the foldable touchscreen monitor, fast autofocus and high ISO range to create high-quality photos in any situation.
The change from an existing Nikon DX system is also no problem here. With the in-house FTZ adapter, the old lenses with F bayonet can be mounted on the new Z mount. There are no restrictions in terms of autofocus speed.
Less is sometimes simply more: small weight and handy size at an attractive price are the advantages of a Nikon Z DX camera over the DSLR models.
