Beautiful bokeh, aesthetically pleasing
Vespid Lens excel in optical precision, effectively controlling aberrations for remarkable resolution and lifelike colors. They produce a soft and natural bokeh for organic and emotional images with smooth focus transitions, while their internal design minimizes focus breathing.

Precise mechanism, smooth operation
The lenses are fully manual with a focus rotation of 270°, allowing smooth and precise focus control. The identical position of the focus and aperture rings across the entire lens range allows for quick lens changes with minimal adjustment of lens accessories. The focus and iris rings are smooth and allow precise adjustment of focus and exposure.

Cine standard designfor versatile applications
The Vespid series covers a range of 11 focal lengths, from ultra-wide angle to standard and telephoto lenses, making it suitable for a wide variety of shooting situations. A comprehensive design based on industry standards ensures a consistent visual style. Compatible with Vista Vision large format sensors, these lenses meet the diverse requirements of independent projects and large productions.

Compact and solid design
The lens body is made of a durable aluminum alloy, making it robust and reliable in a wide range of conditions. The compact and lightweight design of the lenses is ideal for handheld, gimbal and drone shooting.

Comprehensive compatibility, unleashing potential
Vespid prime lenses have a versatile interchangeable mounting system that supports both PL and EF mounts. They can also be used with other mounts that are compatible with Octopus adapters. In addition, the lenses have a filter thread size of 77 mm, which enables effortless use with a wide range of filters.

Optical redesign for a new visual standard
Completely redesigned optics with a continuous aperture of T1.9 across the entire focal length range. Featuring proprietary new generation aspherical elements with ultra-precise polishing, combined with multi-layer nano-coatings and a specially calibrated coating formula to minimize reflections and eliminate flare.

Versatility across the Vista Vision spectrum
The most compact T1.9 Vista Vision fixed focal length set on the market, covering 18mm, 24mm, 35mm, 50mm, 85mm and 105mm. Supports image circles up to 46.3mm and is fully compatible with RED V-Raptor VV, ARRI Alexa LF, Sony Venice and more. The 18 to 50 mm range even covers Blackmagic 17K 65 mm sensors.

Intelligent integration for an effortless workflow
The integrated Cooke /i protocol in an ultra-compact body ensures seamless compatibility with ARRI, RED, Blackmagic, Sony and Canon systems. Provides real-time lens metadata such as aperture, focal length and focus distance - for optimized workflows on set and in post-production.

Lightweight and flexible, perfect for versatile setups
With a weight of only about 800 g, a balanced front diameter of 80 mm and a balanced body length, the Vespid 2 is Vista Vision's smallest PL mount lens with high speed. It was developed for lightweight recording systems and can be seamlessly integrated into gimbals, handheld rigs, sliders and drones.
