CLEAN LENSES - MICROFIBER CLOTH IN THE SLEEVE
There is a special pocket in the left sleeve with a flexible strap and a metal clip. You can clip a microfiber cloth in here. This means you always have a cloth to hand for cleaning your lens or camera.
Thanks to the attachment, you can use the cloth without any problems even in strong winds and no longer have to worry about losing it or worrying about where you last put it. The answer is always: left sleeve.

A kind of "small photo backpack" has also been recreated on the left inside each jacket. Here you have small compartments at the top for e.g. memory cards, small batteries and USB sticks as well as two large pockets for additional batteries, cell phone, power bank, wallet and everything else you need space for.
Especially in winter, it is an advantage if you carry your batteries and smartphone in the pockets on your body and use your body heat to protect them from discharging. In heavy rain, the double layer of outer jacket and e.g. fleece offers additional protection for your batteries and smartphone.

At first glance, the functional outer jacket looks like a stylish parka that you can easily wear in everyday life. In reality, however, it is an outdoor jacket that is water and wind repellent (6000 mm rain column) thanks to its special impregnated outdoor fabric (tear-resistant 228T nylon).
The inner mesh makes it comfortable to wear in all seasons, is breathable and ensures good air circulation. The zippers under the arms can also be used for ventilation during physical exertion. A welded 2-way zipper provides water/wind protection and optimum freedom of movement when you want to crouch down.
THOUGHTFUL DETAILS
Windstoppers at the wrists keep the jacket sealed even in strong winds, preventing unnecessary heat loss. The sleeves can also be tightened using Velcro fasteners.
The hood of the Haukland Classic outer jacket is relatively close-fitting when closed to protect against rain and wind. However, the front side is cut longer to "shield" the camera and viewfinder. You can also adjust the hood even tighter with elastic bands.

HAUKLAND QUILTEDJACKET - LAYER 2
What is usually just an "add-on" in other 3in1 or 5in1 jackets is a well-designed quilted jacket in its own right in the Haukland 7in1 jacket, which looks and fits perfectly on its own or combined with the outer jacket. In a trendy check quilt, with a hood and currently only available in black, it keeps you warm on cool days.
If it's not raining, you can wear the jacket on its own. If you want additional protection from the rain and wind, simply zip it into the outer jacket. The warming hood and sleeves can be attached to the outer jacket using buttons and eyelets. The jacket is cut a little longer than standard quilted jackets, but does not peek out from under the outer jacket.

As it is assumed that this jacket will be used in the snow, the "small photo backpack" has been fitted with a waterproof film so that you can put the jacket in the snow without getting your electronic equipment, such as batteries, wet.
HAUKLAND FLEECEJACKET - LAYER 1
The Haukland fleece is perfect for wearing on cool fall days - outdoors or even in the office. It has been designed to be longer than standard fleece jackets. This keeps the transition to trousers covered and warm.
The fantastic thing about fleece is that it keeps water out, but also transports it well to the outside. So you don't sweat so quickly and still stay warm. Even light drizzle is usually no problem for fleece.
If it does rain more heavily, simply zipper it into the outer jacket with the zipper. Now you'll be warm and have the perfect rain combination for fall days. You can also attach the sleeves and collar to the outer jacket using eyelets and buttons.
