Fujifilm X-T4About Peter Kaatz
I have been working in the photography industry for 15 years and was lucky enough to turn my hobby into a career. After working for Canon for nine years in retail and at trade fairs, I switched to FUJIFILM in 2016. In addition to photography, filming has now become my passion. My commissioned work includes concert recordings, advertising clips and the documentation of art exhibitions. I pass on my experience as a promoter and photo trainer to film and photography enthusiasts.
For those who are not yet familiar with FUJIFILM's mirrorless digital cameras, Peter Kaatz first gives a brief overview of the FUJIFILM X-System. What does the X-Trans CMOS sensor do and in which areas is the FUJIFILM X-System particularly strong?
Fujifilm X-T4The Fujifilm X-T4 - what can it do?
Peter Kaatz introduces you to the new features of FUJIFILM's new flagship model and shows you how you can use them for your own work. These include, for example, the even faster and more precise autofocus with advanced face and eye detection, the ultra-fast focal plane shutter and the five-axis image stabilization (IBIS), which is being used for the first time in an X-T series camera.
The X-T4 also brings significant improvements in the video area. In video mode, 240 frames per second can now be recorded in full HD quality, allowing movements to be slowed down by up to 10 times. The mirrorless camera also has an "IS Boost" mode and additional digital image stabilization (DIS). In combination with the integrated IBIS system, outstanding stabilization is achieved for video recordings even without additional aids such as gimbals. For movie recording, the camera automatically switches to a separate menu that bundles the video functions. A separate quick menu (Q) is also available in video mode.
