The Fujifilm X series is not only known for its beautiful design, intuitive operation and outstanding image quality, but also for a collection of lenses that no one in the system camera sector can match. From the super wide-angle to the pancake lens and the macro to the telephoto zoom, the enthusiastic amateur photographer or professional will find everything their heart desires. Especially the fast fixed focal lengths from Fujifilm for the x-bayonet are known for their good crop, the outstanding imaging performance and the low distortion. Popular among Fujifilm's lenses for the X-series system cameras are the weather-sealed lenses marked with the abbreviation WR. With them, photographs can be taken on a suitable camera body even in extreme sub-zero temperatures or in the rain. System camera lenses marked with the abbreviation OIS have an image stabilizer that can correct the exposure by up to five stops. This means that handheld shots in low light are no longer a problem. Matching with the X-series system cameras, Fujifilm has tried to make its lenses as compact as possible. Nevertheless, Fujifilm has refused using plastic housings and relies exclusively on robust metal, which considerably improves the feel and robustness. With the innovative Nano-Coating, the sharpness is maximized and annoying reflections are a headache of the past.
