For all of us, the current situation is new and difficult to assess. I'm sure it's scary for many of you too. If, like us, you're working from home and don't know how to fill your breaks, here are a few tips to help you stay active, positive and creative!
1. Aquarium 2. black background 3. flash lightCreativity for your photography
Now you have the time to do things that you've been putting off for weeks or just can't find the time for! The internet is bursting with photo ideas and inspiration for your home.
Here are a few photo ideas from us:
- Portraits of your family
- Setting up a home studio
- Product photography
- Food photography - you can learn new skills! Maybe there's a star chef in you!
- Macro photography - > The first flowers on the balcony or the dew on the leaves in the cool morning
- Capturing water droplets in the garden, playing with the shutter speed
There are so many possibilities...
Take time for yourself.
If not now, then when? Wellness, yoga, meditation, but also podcasts and audio books are great for relaxing. There are also many photography-related channels that you can use to pass the time. But spending time with your family/children is also very important now. This type of communication also has a great learning effect. If you find access to yourself, you can express this in your creativity.

Tidy up!
It may sound boring, but you often find old things that you thought were lost. Old boxes, shelves, cupboards. You wouldn't believe what you can find there! Maybe they'll help you with your next photo idea!
Photographers are known to collect equipment. Cameras, lenses, filters, flashes and much more. During these quiet days, ask yourself: "What do I really need?" You can sell everything you use less often and lighten your photo backpack at the same time!

Read!
Read a book or (as you are already doing) our blog! That way you can always learn new things and broaden your horizons! Here you will find explanations, informative texts and inspiration for your next photo session on interesting photography topics.

Clean out your hard disk
Free your memory from old pictures. We all hoard photos that we don't really need anymore, don't we? Maybe you'll find pictures or videos that are still worth digitizing! A great gift to prepare a reunion present for your grandmother. When clearing out, you can also find some great pictures that you could re-edit. Try something new! Finally finish projects
How many vacation photos are waiting to be edited? Use the time! How about a photo book, that long-awaited mural, or simply prints of your photos. Developed photos have a charm all of their own and are sure to surprise you once again.
As you can see, there are many ways to get creative at home and make time for things that otherwise always seem so unimportant. Perhaps this will give you clarity and structure during this time. We are here for you. Be there for yourselves too.
