In addition to his job as a forester, Alex has discovered photography as another way to get closer to nature. He loves observing things outside that most people don't see. His absolute favorite subjects are deer, which he spends a lot of time with as part of his job. He is always coming up with new tricks to lure these photogenic forest dwellers in front of the camera at unusual times of day and night. He really enjoys photographing the cute fox cubs every year. Waiting hour after hour in front of the den to see if anything is happening is pure relaxation for the passionate animal photographer.
