Product description for Amaran 100d S (EU version)

The amaran 100d S is a 100W LED spotlight with integrated control, versatile power options and a Bowens mount.
With its very high color quality, all-in-one design for convenient operation and versatile power options, the amaran 100d S is perfect for videographers, indie filmmakers, creatives and photographers who need a lightweight fixture without sacrificing spectral and image quality.

Thanks to the new dual blue LED chipset, the 100d S offers even better spectral rendition with a very high SSI (D56) of 86 - an increase of 19 SSI over the previous model. The color rendering is very accurate with increased values for CRI [96], TLCI [99], TM30 RF [96] and TM-30 RG [103].

Thanks to the universal Bowens mount, the amaran 100d S is compatible with numerous common light shapers, including the Light Dome SE, the Light Dome Mini II and the Aputure Lantern. This makes this LED spotlight an extremely versatile multi-tool. In addition, the 100d S has an umbrella holder integrated into the lamp head.

The amaran 100d S has the same compact all-in-one design as its predecessor.
In combination with the Hyper Reflector, its powerful LED provides an illuminance of up to 34,600 lux at 1 meter. The intuitive LCD display blends seamlessly into the body, as does the control knob, which can be used to adjust the light intensity in 1% increments.

Thanks to the integrated Sidus Mesh technology, the 100d S can be controlled wirelessly via the Sidus Link app. This includes the eight lighting effects Paparazzi, Fireworks, Flash, Defective Bulb, TV, Pulse, Strobe and Explosion. Power is supplied via the included AC power supply or via two Gold or V-Mount rechargeable batteries that can be integrated with the Aputure 2-Bay Battery Power Station (sold separately).
