The EOS R10 features our renowned Dual Pixel CMOS AF II focusing system, programmed with Deep-learning AI technology for advanced subject detection. It's fast, accurate, and incredibly sensitive in low light - even in situations lit only by moonlight.

Experience a whole new kind of autofocus
The EOS R10 can detect people, vehicles and animals - like cats, dogs and birds - and track them as they move through the frame. Even when they move very quickly, the result is razor-sharp. When photographing people, the EOS R10 focuses on the subject's eyes - the "window to the soul." When the eyes are not visible, the face is tracked instead. If your subject turns away for a moment, the head is focused on, and if that's not visible, the focus goes to the body.

More speed
Respond intuitively and capture fleeting moments with quick bursts - ideal for wildlife and sports photography. The EOS R10 can shoot RAW, JPEG or HEIF at up to 15 frames per second (or 23 fps with the electronic shutter). In doing so, the camera tracks the subject across the frame and continuously adjusts focus and exposure to the changing scene.

Capture fractions of a second
In RAW burst mode, photos can be captured at up to 30 fps and 75% crop. These images are then saved to a video file for clear and easy organization. Later, individual images can be extracted from them using our free Digital Photo Professional (DPP) software. When PreRec is enabled in the camera menu, the EOS R10 starts shooting 0.5 seconds before the shutter button is pressed - so you always capture the perfect moment.

Fast response
The camera also responds quickly to your inputs, giving you a big advantage when you want to capture that one decisive moment. The DIGIC X processor ensures high responsiveness, minimizing viewfinder lag and dimming, so you're always connected to your subject.

More flexibility
Whether you're shooting stills, video or a mix of both, the EOS R10 always delivers outstanding image quality. Weighing only about 429g, it's highly portable, so you can take it with you wherever you go.

Everything under control
JPEG or HEIF files are available for photo shooting, and you can also work in RAW format for maximum flexibility in post-processing. With our Dual Pixel RAW technology, you can enhance your images even further by fine-tuning sharpness and bokeh and reducing lens flare.

The perfect balance
A 24.2-megapixel sensor strikes the ideal balance between detail, speed, and low-light performance. The maximum sensitivity of ISO 32,000 (expandable to ISO 51,200) provides more detail and less noise when shooting in the dark. There's also a built-in flash to give you extra light when you need it.

4K that exceeds your expectations
The EOS R10 captures exceptional 4K video that looks great on UHD displays, and allows cropping without quality loss when editing Full HD projects. Filmmakers can choose between 4K/60p, for smooth playback of moving subjects or slow-motion effects, and 4K/30p, which is generated from oversampling the 6K data from the camera's 24.2-megapixel sensor. The results have to be seen to be believed.

Enormously smooth motion
When shooting in Full HD mode, frame rates of up to 120fps can be used, revealing even more subtleties in the movement of your subjects. And for scenes that move slowly, the ability to create stunning 4K and Full HD time-lapse videos in-camera gives you even more creative options.

From the moment you pick up the EOS R10, you'll feel connected to it, like it's an extension of your creative streak. The buttons and dials fit intuitively under your fingers and thumbs, and the camera's electronic viewfinder (EVF) provides a clear and precise view of your subject.

There's an OVF simulation mode for switching from cameras with optical viewfinders, such as DSLRs.

Electronic Viewfinder (EVF)
The EOS R10's 2.36 million-dot EVF shows exactly how a captured image will look - from depth of field to white balance to image style. The camera is comfortable and easy to use, and can be configured individually so you see exactly the information you need.

Rotating and swiveling touchscreen display
The EVF is complemented by a 7.5cm rotating and swiveling touchscreen display with 1.04 million pixels that lets you shoot your subject from high or low angles.

The APS-C advantage
The camera is equipped with an APS-C sensor. This offers 1.6 times more telephoto range with your Lens than the same focal length with a full-frame camera. So you can get your subjects much closer for stunning shots of wildlife and action.

Built-in Bluetooth Low Energy provides permanent pairing so the 2.4 GHz WLAN can be seamlessly activated when images need to be transferred. It's also possible to control the camera from your mobile device with the Canon Camera Connect app installed. This lets you see what the camera sees on the mobile device and remotely control photo and video capture. For extra ease of remote control, the BR-E1 Bluetooth wireless remote control is also available. The EOS R10 also features a USB-C port for in-camera battery charging and tethered shooting with PC/Mac computers.

Make a bigger impression on your followers
Vloggers and content creators can use the EOS R10 to live stream premium quality video directly to their followers on YouTube. Simply connect the camera directly to your Wi-Fi network - no computer required. The rotatable and tiltable LC display can be aligned so that you have a good view of yourself during the presentation. Put your creativity in the cloud
The image.canon Gateway puts your content exactly where you need it. Photos and videos can be uploaded seamlessly - directly from the camera via Wi-Fi to the image.canon Cloud. From here, they can be moved to other cloud platforms for long-term storage or transferred to a PC or Mac for editing. To further enhance the quality of photos taken with the EOS R10, RAW processing in the canon.image Cloud11 is worth a try. Here, a neural network image processing engine is used to take image quality to a new level.

Three double-sided aspherical lenses and two SLD glass elements contribute to the high optical performance of the Sigma 12mm F1.4 DC | Contemporary from aperture F1.4. Sagittal coma is also well corrected, which ensures clear, sharp images from edge to edge. This makes the Lens particularly suitable for astrophotography - stars are still depicted in a pinpoint shape even close to the edge of the image.

Compact and lightweight design for excellent mobility
The effective arrangement of the double-sided aspherical elements also contribute to the compact and lightweight design. For an ultra-wide angle lens with a large aperture, it has an overall length of just 69.4mm and weighs only 225g*. The fast, high-precision autofocus is achieved by driving a lightweight focus lens via a stepping motor, which enables accurate control. Whether taking photos or videos, the Sigma 12mm F1.4 DC | Contemporary captures important moments without missing anything. The Lens is not only suitable for everyday snapshots, but also offers high tracking performance in moving scenes, enabling high-quality video productions.

Minimal focus-breathing
Focus-breathing has been suppressed extremely effectively in the Sigma 12mm F1.4 DC | Contemporary. This virtually eliminates changes in the angle of view when moving the point of focus, which ensures very natural-looking focus tracking when shooting video.

Functional aperture ring
The Sigma 12mm F1.4 DC | Contemporary is equipped with an aperture ring for intuitive control of the aperture. The Canon RF mount version has a control ring instead of an aperture ring, which can be assigned individual functions via the camera menu of compatible cameras.

Optical design to minimize flares and ghosting
Flares and ghosting have been largely eliminated thanks to state-of-the-art simulation technology of all light incidence situations during the development phase of the Sigma 12mm F1.4 DC | Contemporary. As a result, the lens delivers high-contrast results under all conditions.

Dust protection, splashprotection* and water and oil-repellent coating
In addition to the dust and splash-protected construction, the front element of the Sigma 12mm F1.4 DC | Contemporary has a water and oil-repellent coating. This means that the lens can also be used in harsh conditions.
* The lens is dust and splash-proof, but not waterproof. Make sure that the Lens does not come into complete contact with water. Water inside a lens can cause major damage and even make it irreparable.
