Shooting solo can be difficult - but with the EOS R50 V it's no problem. Settings can be adjusted using the rotating and tilting touchscreen, and you simply press the record button on the front of the camera to start filming. Autofocus with Scene Detection ensures sharp shots, and with the dedicated tripod mount you can easily switch to shooting in portrait mode.
And when the camera is used with an RF-S 14-30mm F4-6.3 IS STM PZ, Canon's advanced stabilization technology ensures steady, clean shots even when filming on the move.

With the EOS R50 V, your content always looks good. An advanced 24-megapixel sensor with Dual Pixel CMOS AF delivers razor-sharp 4K video from oversampling 6K sensor data. Up to 120 fps with sound recording is available for smooth slow motion sequences in Full HD, while 4:2:2 10-bit recording provides richer colors and more flexibility in post-production - so you can fine-tune every detail and achieve impressive results.

Workflow is significantly streamlined with easy transfer of shots via Wi-Fi with Bluetooth or USB to a smartphone or

The RF-S 14-30mm F4-6.3 IS STM PZ is designed for content creators who want to shoot smooth, professional-looking video. As the only lens in the standard zoom series for Canon APS-C cameras, it has an internal power zoom and is therefore ideal for recording videos.

Smooth freehand shots
With this 14 mm ultra-wide-angle zoom lens, filming solo is child's play, especially when the optical image stabilizer1 is activated, which produces steady shots even when walking. The close focusing distance of only approx. 15 cm is ideal for shooting art objects, collector's items and small details.
Canon's expertise in optics ensures exceptional sharpness with UD and aspherical lenses and Super Spectra coating.

Flexible and quiet
With the versatile 14-30 mm focal length range, you can switch seamlessly from ultra-wide-angle to close-up shots
close-ups. The STM autofocus ensures smooth, virtually silent subject tracking, which is ideal for vlogging. The switchless design of the Lens prevents accidental changes to settings. The 0.38x magnification at 30mm also allows you to capture wonderfully fine details.

Smooth zoom control
The internal power zoom enables smooth and seamless changes to the focal length during recording, giving videos a particularly high-quality look. With two variable speeds and 15 customizable levels, the Power Zoom delivers precise, clean transitions for high-quality footage.

Always with you on the go
The RF-S 14-30mm F4-6.3 IS STM PZ is light and compact - it weighs only approx. 181 g and does not extend when zooming. This means that the balance is always maintained when used on tripods and gimbals, making it ideal for traveling, livestreaming and vlogging on the move. You can also attach filters for creative exposure control or an optional lens hood for extra protection.

Full creative control
Settings can be adjusted quickly and intuitively using the combined control/focus ring. This can be used to adjust either the focus manually or the exposure, ISO, picture style and more. The zoom can also be controlled remotely via a smartphone or with a Canon remote control - for maximum freedom when live streaming or shooting solo.
