Cinema-ready 7K full-frame shooting
Canon's full-frame CMOS sensor enables stunning 7K shooting, dual base ISO (800 / 6,400) and a dynamic range of more than 15 stops of exposure.
The camera also shoots 32 MP photos at up to 40 fps and ISO up to 64,000 and 4K oversampling video in rich, natural colors.

Open Gate for maximum flexibility
With Open Gate 12-bit RAW with 6,960 x 4,640 pixels in 3:2, all visions can be realized.
Breathtaking details can be captured in widescreen, portrait or anamorphic format. Switching between full-frame, super 35 mm and super 16 mm modes is very easy.

The RF bayonet is characterized by lenses with first-class optics and enables real-time metadata transfer and fast AF/IS. With a Canon bayonet adapter, PL or EF Lens can also be used.

The Dual Nano USM ensures consistent autofocus. Professional video functions such as an electronically assisted parfocal zoom for high focus stability when zooming and the suppression of focus breathing ensure sharp and stable images.

The optional Power Zoom Adapters PZ-E2 and PZ-E2B can be operated manually or via the Canon Camera Connect App, EOS Utility, Browser Remote or via IP with the Canon XC protocol of compatible cameras. The 20-pin interface of the PZ-E2B also supports zoom/focus devices and zoom rockers.
