SmallHD Quantum 27

With the new Quantum 27 4K Reference Monitor, SmallHD presents a slightly more compact and lighter version of the Quantum 32, which is otherwise identical in construction. This monitor also uses Nobel Prize-winning Quantum Dot nanoparticles in a unique OLED panel design.

Its outstanding luminance of up to 1000 nits, deep blacks, wide color gamut of more than 99 percent of DCI-P3 and excellent contrast ratio of 1,500,000:1 make the Quantum 27 4K the perfect tool for professional color grading workflows. This monitor emits RGB light directly and evenly in all directions. It also features a resolution of 3840 x 2160 (UHD), 10-bit color processing and four 12G/6G/3G/HD-SDI inputs and outputs.

The Unibody Smart Chassis offers multiple mounting points, a DC power input and 2-pin power output, a 100mm VESA mount, a dovetail mounting rail for batteries and other accessories, and new built-in WiFi support for wireless remote control of the monitor. The monitor is prepared for both color-critical studio and broadcast desktop use. A top handle and cheese plate inserts for mounting accessories are optionally available.

The Quantum 27 features a new, more powerful central processor with a completely customized architecture running the SmallHD operating system PageOS. This intuitive and fully customizable page-based monitoring interface offers extensive tools for video engineering workflows as well as numerous third-party software integrations.

The Quantum 27's haptic knobs make PageOS even easier to control and navigate. The touch-activated illumination of the knobs allows programmed functions to be identified by long press, short press, rotation and capacitive touch functions. This allows various tools, settings and functions to be changed on the fly - with more ways to customize your workflow than ever before.
