With the Cinematic Vlogs setting, the camera automatically records in Cinemascope aspect ratio at 24 bps - the film industry standard. Then give footage the color look you want by simply choosing from five "Looks" and four "Moods" for instant professional results. AF transition speed lets you choose from three focusing speeds, so your subject is focused at the speed you want to add some drama effect.

The large 1" image sensor allows for professional-level footage, shooting in XAVC S format in 4K resolution at up to 30p or, for expressive slow-motion moments, up to 120p in Full HD resolution. The compact body of the ZV-1 II is equipped with a large 1.0" Exmor RS™ CMOS image sensor specially designed by Sony. This multi-layer image sensor incorporates a DRAM memory chip for ultra-fast data processing of approximately 20.1 effective megapixels. Real-time Tracking
Set the focus any way you want. Activate real-time tracking to follow a desired subject. The camera detects colors, brightness and distance of the subject, as well as facial information, and keeps the subject in focus so you can focus on the ideal shooting angle. Simply tap the subject on the display to activate touch tracking for precise focus tracking.
Precise Autofocus
The ZV-1 II always focuses on you automatically. It detects human faces and eyes and keeps the main subject in focus instead of switching to other subjects. Eye AF can also be set to capture animals.

Always show your best side. With no special settings, the ZV-1 II accurately captures your skin tone for a healthy, natural look. Automatic Exposure (AE) with Face Priority also keeps faces bright. The Soft Complexion effect lets you adjust skin smoothness via OFF/Low/Medium/High.

Made for clear voice recording
With the ZV-1 II, it's now even easier to record great audio. In automatic mode, the new built-in intelligent 3-capsule microphone switches the direction from [All Directions] to [Front] when the camera detects a human face in the frame. You can also manually switch to [Front] for selfies or [Rear] for shots with comments. In addition, the included windscreen can be attached to reduce wind noise and capture better audio outdoors.

The camera automatically focuses on the product in your hands, without any further action. Use the bokeh button to gently blur the background. Select [Blur] to highlight the subject, or [Unblur] to focus the entire image.

Transfer only the most important scenes to save time and storage space. Markers let you send 15, 30, or 60 second clips directly to your smartphone. Markers also make it much easier to find scenes you want.
