Product description for Profoto B1X To-Go Kit 500 AirTTL To-Go

The Profoto B1X is ideal for on-location photography and once again sets the standard for cordless, battery-powered compact flashes. With TTL and HSS, optimum lighting design is guaranteed in the on-location area - regardless of where you are photographing. That's performance right where you need it.

The Profoto B1X off-camera flash is the successor to the award-winning Profoto B1. The B1X is not a couch potato. It is aimed at adventurous photographers who like to be in the middle of the action. The portable B1X is cordless and battery-powered for maximum freedom of movement and flexibility. After all, you won't find too many power sockets in the desert or on a mountain top. With its special system of extremely lightweight OCF light shapers, which are designed for high mobility and simple operation, the B1X makes it easy for you to create light wherever you are.

With its automatic TTL mode, it shines particularly well in difficult lighting conditions. HSS ensures that you retain control of your lighting design even in broad daylight. And thanks to the fast set-up, you have more time to create impressive images. Let your imagination run wild, without the hassle of cables. The B1X gives you the power you need, wherever you go.

Shoot in AirTTL or manual mode and connect wirelessly to other AirTTL flashes.
Wireless operation and radio control allow you to shoot untethered.

With 500 Ws over a control range of 9 f-stops in 1/10 increments, it offers 10 times more power than a conventional clip-on flash.

The Li-Ion battery lasts for up to 325 flashes at full power and tens of thousands at lowest power. It can be changed and recharged in no time at all if required.

Creates flash sequences of up to 20 flashes per second with flash durations of up to 1/19,000 s and fast flash recycle times of 0.05 to 1.9 s.

Control the ambient light with HSS and create razor-sharp images without motion blur at shutter speeds of up to 1/8,000 s.

Remotely controllable from up to 300 meters away with an optional Air wireless remote control.

Powerful, dimmable LED modeling light facilitates light setting and can enhance natural light in low-light situations.

Impresses with first-class controllability and light quality with its integrated reflector.

Simple, intuitive operation with large, high-resolution display.
