Zweitkamera
Vor ca. einem Jahr suchte ich zur meiner OM-1 eine Zweitkamera:
Ricoh GR3 war mir zu klein. Auf eine Fuji X100 VI hätte ich lange warten müssen.
"Probier mal eine Sony A7CII" hieß es. Gesagt getan. Aus der Zweitkamera ist ein ganzes System geworden. OM / Olympus habe ich nicht mehr.

Was mir gefällt: Man kann sie mit entsprechendem Objektiv ( in meinem Fall dem Sony 40mm F2.5 ) immer dabei haben.
Aber auch mit größeren Linsen ist sie gut händelbar.
Der AutoFokus ist schnell und sitz fast immer.
Das Menü ist ohne Studium zu verstehen.
Objektive gibt es für jeden denkbaren Anwendungsfall. Und das meist von mehreren Anbietern. Und in jeder Preisklasse.
Was nicht so schön ist: Im Sucher kann ich die Aufnahme nicht so richtig nach der Schärfe beurteilen.
Sie ist langsam. Für den normalen Alltag vollkommen ausreichend. Bei Serienaufnahmen wird es dann schon spürbar. Das Wegspeichern der Bilder dauert schon etwas.
Aus der Zweitkamera ist die Erstkamera geworden. Und wenn dann mal die Sony A7V kommt wird sie wieder zur Zweitkamera.

Handlich, schnell, von hoher Qualität
Bin freischaffender Fotograf, verdiene also mein Geld mit Bildern. Meine Hauptkamera ist eine A7RV, dazu verwende ich eine RX1RII für Reportage und Reisen. Nun war ich auf der Suche nach einem zweiten Body, bei dem ich die Objektive wechseln kann und auch mit manuellen Objektiven Spaß haben kann ohne gleich mein "Monsterpixel-Arbeitspferd" zu verwenden.

Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn:
A7CII Pros sind: völlig ausreichend hohe Auflösung bei sehr guter RAW und JPG Qualität (bis ISO 3200 sehr gut zu verwenden). Alles ist snappy, handlich und der AF ist ein Traum!
Negativ: Der Monitor lässt sich zwar nach außen klappen und dann drehen aber Tilt (hoch/runter-klappen) wäre mir lieber gewesen und der EVF könnte gut einen zusätzlichen Sonnenschutz vertragen. Ansonsten eine wirklich gute Kamera, die übrigens auch im Videobereich mit 4k60p sehr gut funktioniert (Achtung: Rolling Shutter), mit einem gigantischen Objektivangebot!
