Leofoto DC-12 Arca Swiss clamp with 1/4-inch thread The DC-12 is an Arca Swiss clamp with a 1/4-inch screw thread that you can clamp onto an Arca Swiss-compatible lens support rail or an L-plate, for example. This allows you to easily attach an accessory with a 1/4" screw hole to your L-bracket. The DC-12 also has a 1/4" screw hole on the side where you can insert a Magic Arm, for example, to give you even more options for combining accessories. You can adjust the distance between the Arca-Swiss clamp hooks using the gray rotary knob. The clamping plate is 12 mm wide. Die Klemme ist gut verarbeitet und funktioniert prima, solange man mit einer externen Schraube in sie hineinschraubt, z.B. wenn man einen Gelenkarm befestigt. Das Problem ist die beigelegte 1/4-Zoll Schraube mit durchgehendem Gewinde. Sie kann in der Klemme nicht frei drehen und daher kann man einen externen Gegenstand, der ein 1/4-Zoll Gewinde hat, nie richtig fest anschrauben. Ich habe es dadurch gelöst, dass ich das Gewinde im hinteren Teil weggefeilt habe, so wie man auch Kameraschrauben kaufen kann, die hinten dünner sind, um dort in einem 1/4 Zoll Gewinde frei zu drehen.
