  • Die zweite Variante steht für die sogenannte "beschränkte vertragliche Garantieverlängerung" und wird von Manfrotto als spezielle Verlängerung der "Standardgarantie" freiwillig angeboten. Die "beschränkte vertragliche Garantieverlängerung" von Manfrotto ist für Sie als Kunde kostenlos
"Beschränkte Standardgarantie"
Die Gültigkeitsdauer der beschränkten Standardgarantie richtet sich nach dem in dem Land, dem Staat oder der Region geltenden Recht, in der das Produkt verkauft wird.

Manfrotto “beschränkte vertragliche Garantieverlängerung”: kostenlose Garantieverlängerung bis zu 5 Jahren ab dem Kaufdatum
Neben der oben beschriebenen Standardgarantie bietet Manfrotto eine zusätzliche, bis zu 5 Jahren ab dem Kaufdatum gültige Garantieverlängerung an, entsprechend den Geschäftsbedingungen auf der Rückseite. Die "beschränkte vertragliche Garantieverlängerung" von Manfrotto ist kostenlos und beeinträchtigt die obligatorische "beschränkte Standardgarantie" nicht. Die "beschränkte vertragliche Garantieverlängerung" hat nur dann Gültigkeit, wenn das Land des Versands / des Kaufs / der Registrierung dasselbe ist. Registrieren Sie Ihr Produkt innerhalb von 12 Monaten ab dem Kaufdatum, um die Vorteile der "beschränkten vertraglichen Garantieverlängerung" zu nutzen.

Die Garantie greift nicht bei Mängeln oder Kosten, die folgendermaßen verursacht werden: 
  • unsachgemäßer Gebrauch und Folgeschäden. Der unsachgemäße Gebrauch wird anhand der nachstehend, in den zusätzlichen Papieren und in der dem Produkt beigefügten Bedienungsanleitung beschriebenen Fälle definiert, beschränkt sich aber nicht auf diese.

  • Einsatz des Produktes entgegen dem Verwendungszweck;
  • Versand des Produktes an Manfrotto für die Wartung;
  • Missachtung der dem Produkt beigefügten Pflege- und Wartungsanleitungen.
Es gelten die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte (Nacherfüllung, Rücktritt oder Minderung, Schadenersatz). Die Garantie gilt zusätzlich zur gesetzlichen Gewährleistung und schränkt diese nicht ein
